Bases Loaded Entertainment came on to the Hollywood scene in 2003 when producing the urban drama SUGAR VALENTINE with Maverick Entertainment. The film quickly gained the company notoriety in the urban market and opened the door for more global opportunity.

The company was founded by CEO, Shane Dean and President Malcolm X Marshman to provide opportunities to artists, directors, producers, actors, as well as other behind the scenes talent such as editors, camera operators, key grips, production assistants and 3-D animators.

In addition Bases Loaded Entertainment will provide opportunities for future screenwriters by producing and distributing independent films. Furthermore, the production company will provide services for other existing filmmakers such as equipment and studio rental as well as post production labor which includes digital editing, special effects, color correction and music composition.

The goal of Bases Loaded Entertainment is to provide high quality services and films at a significantly lower cost and provide jobs and internships as well as filling in the void for undiscovered minority talent.

Shane Dean is gearing up to finally releasing the highly anticipated soundtrack mixtape for Bases Loaded Entertainment's latest production basketball drama. THE SAINTS OF MT.CHRISTOPHER starring Tom Sizemore (BLACK HAWK DOWN) and Clifton Powell (RAY). The project is hosted by Violator DJ Sabotage out Queens, NY. He is most known for his work on Jay Z's AMERICAN GANGSTER mixtape that features an exclusive interview with the rap legend as the interludes in the album. The same concept will be used with Shane Dean but also in video. Stay Tuned for more info. Visit official website at www.shanedean.com.
